Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Cancelling your ticket
Tickets sold on this site are dated, timed-entry tickets, issued to you the moment your booking is confirmed. Because your entry slot is reserved with the attraction as soon as you book, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another date. Please check your visit date and guest count before you pay — the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Cancellations and date changes
Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations and date changes are not possible. A refund is only issued if Maiden's Tower is closed at your booked time (see below). If a refund is due, we return it to the original payment method and will email you as soon as it has been issued on our side.
Refund processing
Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and card issuer — most refunds arrive within a few business days of approval, and we will let you know as soon as the refund has been issued on our side.
No-shows and late arrivals
Tickets are delivered digitally and are valid for the date and time stated on them. If you miss your scheduled visit, the ticket is used and no refund is due. If you are running late or your plans change, contact us before your scheduled time at [email protected] — we will do our best to rebook you where the supplier allows it.
Closures caused by the attraction
If Maiden's Tower is closed to visitors at your scheduled time — an official closure, a public holiday, or a security measure — your booking is not lost: we offer a free rebooking to another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
